A little about me:

I am an animator, illustrator, film editor, and............................. librarian!

Currently I am the Technical Services Librarian and the Advanced Learning Center Coordinator at Webb Institute in Glenn Cove. I also work part time at the Five Towns College’s Library.

I received my AA in Fine Arts from Suffolk Community College and went on to receive my BA in animation at the School of Visual Arts. I have worked freelance at World Leaders Entertainment, Stretch Films, and DMA Animation Studio.

For seven years I worked at Plympton Studios where I edited, digitally colored, composited and supervised multiple commercials, music videos, short and feature films. Many of these films screened at Sundance, Tribeca Film Festival, and the Annecy Animation Festival (France). Clients of Plympton Studio include: Nickelodeon, The History Channel, Weird Al Yankovic, Kanye West, Warner Brothers and Atom films.

I received my MLS from Queens College, along with a Certificate in Archives and Preservation. During my time at Queens College, I volunteered at the Freeport Historical Society where I worked on the Long Island Memories Project. During the past year, I was the Co-studio Manager of the Visual Arts Department and Administrative Assistant to the Honors Program at Dowling College.

Freshman Animation

I finally transferred my old VHS animations to Quicktime. These two are from my Intro to Animation, my freshman year at SVA.

Stop motion animated with coffee grinds, camera and lunchbox. I used a paintbrush to move the grinds around.

Drawn in pastel. Very messy and bad for your skin.

This film is about the inner thoughts of a flower as it gets pissed on by a dog.
